AutoCal is $29.99/year for unlimited calendar syncing. This includes all school calendars, waste zones, sports teams, holidays, and every other category in your Life Stack.

Yes. AutoCal generates standard ICS feeds that work with any calendar app including Apple Calendar (iPhone, iPad, Mac), Google Calendar (Android, web), Microsoft Outlook (desktop and web), and any other app that supports calendar subscriptions.

How often are calendars updated?

School calendars are refreshed daily. Sports schedules sync after every game day. Waste collection schedules update when the city publishes changes. Your calendar app checks for updates automatically, typically every few hours.

What if my school district isn't listed?

We cover over 19,000 US districts and are adding more every day through our automated pipeline. If your district is missing, email us at hello@autocaldata.com and we'll prioritize adding it.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings or through the Stripe billing portal. Your calendars will continue to work until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.

Is my data secure?

We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) for secure data storage with row-level security. We never sell or share your personal information. Your address is used only to find relevant local calendars. See our privacy policy for details.

PA Day stands for Professional Activity Day (also called Professional Development Day, teacher in-service day, or staff development day). These are days when teachers work but students stay home. Each school district schedules their own PA days, which is why keeping track of them is difficult without a synced calendar.
