Good afternoon!You are listed as an additional contact for A.L.L. testing, so I wanted to share this information with you. It has also been sent to the primary contact listed at your school. The primary contact was sent the testing envelope that will be picked up by the proctor. These are the tasks that need to be completed at the school:1. Ensure teachers and front office know testing is happening. 2. Leave the testing envelope for pick up in the office.3. Ensure computers are ready- If we are using desktops, the proctor will need the generic login available.If using Chromebooks, they need to be charged. (Proctors would love a few extra Chromebooks/cords if available.)4. Have a plan for pulling students from class. You can see the list of students registered at this link. If your group is divided into multiple rooms, there are tabs for room assignments. This list includes their teacher which we hope will make things easier. THESE LISTS SHOULD NOT BE SHARED WITH PARENTS. Students should bring a book to read in case they finish a section early.2nd graders do NOT need headphones.6th graders DO need headphones.
